meet the Founders

DJ Balzan

Co.Founder

DJ was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago and migrated to Arizona after serving in the US Navy where he found his love for handyman repairs and craftsmanship doing maintenance and projects on the ship.

Over the last 25+ years, he went to HVAC school and worked on commercial duct installations before moving into the office to become a recruiter for the construction trades.

DJ's the mastery of Liberty's project completion and oversees all our services. He has a passion for home repairs and helping serve his community along with his partners.

Jen Byron

Co.Founder

Jen migrated to Arizona from North Dakota while in high school, but fell in love with the heat and has never left. She's a graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Communication and recently returned to complete her Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership.

She brings over 25+ years of corporate marketing and business experience in media, professional sports, advertising, and cybersecurity/identity theft working with brands like KNIX, 12 News, Subway, Nissan, State Farm, Arizona Lottery, Phoenix Coyotes, Fry's, NortonLifeLock, and hundreds of more.

Her experience in business compliments DJ's skills in the trades to make the ultimate couplepreneur partnership.
